Eli and Ami Jankowsky got up fairly early that morning after the night they'd spent in the basement of Garden House.They stayed there when it got too late to get home and get to bed on their own lot for the night.It was still dark out after they'd finished with using the washrooms and eating breakfast.
Ami planned on heading out to the country market after breakfast while Eli decided to stay and work at Garden House for the day.She'd gotten more tired from the previous day's work and needed to take it easy that day.
Eli started working on harvesting from the garden at Garden House while Ami started heading for the market to get to work on the garden areas there.They both had rushed to get started before the day was gone since they'd both stayed up a little late the previous night by accident.
Ami was busy working very hard in the garden out at the local market and had been working very hard for hours though the day was very hot and it was tiring work.He wanted to make sure he did his fair share of the work and that they didn't fail to get enough harvested to earn money for their house build.
They had been working until it was later in the afternoon before they finally stopped working to use washrooms and get to the pool for a while to do some fishing.They managed to catch some fish from the pool and spent a few hours at it before they had to stop to use the washrooms and get something to eat before it was time to get back to their own lot.
They arrived at their lot a bit late that evening since it was already 7:30 in the evening when they got back and had to get a parcel from the mailbox.It contained the tent they bought by mail order and it had finally arrived.They decided to save the sleeping bags for if they were out and the lot had no beds available.
It was 8PM before they were able to get into the new tent and get themselves to sleep for the night.They were already planning to start to build a basic shelter for the winter and to expand it over time until it was big enough for their family.
